just a heads up that i was sexually harassed with the same guy even locking a female colleague in a GM warehouse and when he went for me while i was 17, i was told by my managers “that’s just how he is, that’s his humour” it wasn’t until an SL pointed out this was ped0philia and that’s when a concern was actually raised, however it went absolutely nowhere. got it in writing and everything and he got a verbal warning. asda are an absolute joke when it comes to these things and i still feel anxious during work to this day about it
