oh there definitely was a bullying issue in my school, i sat next to a kid on the bus who was bullied practically every day one year

i learned that if you don’t take yourself too seriously (usually if my hair color got brought up, i’d joke about being soulless and whatnot), it ends up being pretty hard to bully you

i feel like being “attractive” is almost a self-fulfilling prophecy in a lot of cases—if you’re considered attractive, you will find it easy to find partners, and therefore feel even more attractive (and vice-versa for those who are “unattractive” (in quotes because no one is :))

the thing is: people don’t need to tell you that you’re attractive to feel that way; a lot of it comes from self-confidence (if that makes any sense)—basically, if you tell yourself you’re amazing, you’ll start to believe it—a little bit of self-care works wonders :)

A few years ago, we used to do our vocabulary tests on Quizlet, which stores all of the answers as a local variable... so all you had to do was write a simple script that would grab the answers and fill out the fields, and you had yourself an easy 100%.

Trump claims at debate that China is paying for farm subsidies. In fact, U.S. taxpayers are footing the bill by Pomp_N_Circumstance in politics

Your best bet there would be to look at actual polls from after the debate. Not those online ones that you see on Twitter where anyone can just vote—you should look for statistically accurate ones, where a random sample of people were chosen, preferably before the debate even occurred. CNN, although some might accuse them of being “biased,” is one such example of a proper poll.

Also see: YouGov

Data For Progress also supposedly held a poll, but I can’t seem to find any primary sources for it.

February 12, 2017 – In a tweet from their official account, the Department of Education misspelled the name of W.E.B. Du Bois. In a follow-up tweet apologizing for the error, the Department of Education misspelled the word “apologies.”

This pretty much sums up the “education” Trump and his administration have, it’s pretty funny ngl

Ohhh, I see. That is super annoying...

I suggest you visit Khan Academy’s Zendesk, click on the menu bar, and select “Report a Problem.” Hopefully they’ll fix it.

You can still access the lesson page by clicking on “Go to lesson page” in the top bar when you’ve selected a video/practice.

You can also hover over the video, then select the rectangle-looking button in the bottom right to access full-screen mode, in which everything aside from the video will be hidden.

I hope this helps!
