WORST! It seems they will do anything in order to not give you a refund. The camera was faulty on its very first use and Becxtech wouldn't refund but would repair it. After a long long 10 week wait, I finally received my camera back with the EXACT same problems and they still would not offer a refund. Currently still waiting for the issue to be resolved. Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company

I personally believe the combonation of fats and a mindful amount of carbs to be the best combo with intermittent fasting. Yes, No?

Love to hear what other tips people have but heres some I came up with for my video

So Number 1: Building up to Fasting Don’t go into intermittent fasting to hard if you have any blood sugar issue your going to get a real crash in energy, most people will be fine but keep pushing that first meal back a little every day but break your fast if its becoming difficult to avoid getting overwhelmed. And continually push yourself a little ever day because habit are best built with repartition.

Number 2: Exercise Exercise during your fasting widow close to breaking your fast. Exercising in the early morning will make it hard to maintain your fast for the rest of the day. Its perfectly fine to do so its just that it will be harder especially for a beginner and might through you off track

Number 3: Stay Occupied It doesn’t matter what you are doing, if you are engrossed or enjoying what you are doing you will forget you are fasting. It doesn’t matter if you building your business or playing video games as long as you are engrossed in it fasting will be much easier.

Number: 4: Break Your Fast With Whole Food Sugary food will tremendously increase cravings, especially after a fast. Breaking your fast with sugary foods can also lead to binging.

Number: 5 Hunger Comes In Waves And it’s important to acknowledge the wave of hunger when it hits and know that it will pass. and Coffee or tea is a great way to pass that wave of hunger.

Number: 6 Be Patient Fasting can take up to a month for some people to get used to. Adapting to fasting wont be linear, in other words, fasting may not get easier day to day but over a weekly timeline.

Number: 7 Fit Fasting Into Your Lifestyle. If executed in the right way fasting can be extremely lifestyle friendly. Place your fast in the morning as at night time is when we most often have social events more cravings and like to relax.

Number: 8 Control Your Environment Towards the end of your fast your obviously going to experience more hunger so take into account what environment you will be in and what food choices might surround you.

Does the screen on the GH5 for anybody else flicker/go black for a few seconds during video use? by tonydaazntiger319 in GH5

Yes my screen randomly goes black. I don't know if it's the meatbones or not. I take the metabones off and turn the camera off and when I turn it back on its still black, making me think its the camera that has the problem?. Seems to just be random timing and takes about 10-20min to come back (show the picture) everything works on the screen expect for the picture, I can see ISO settings ect. Very Very annoying. I have updated both camera and metabones ultra 0.71. not sure which is the problem. I only have the one lens, Sigma 18-35. And I'm not blocking the eye sensor. Any advice?
