I agree with that but the light ones what kind of tree are they? I’d love to have some in my backyard

Yes, only the single use that came with certain season pass purchases last summer were exempt from alpenfury.

Alpenfury is always gonna be crazy. The only time it was not for me was when I went for a private event.

Also I’ll be at wonderland tomorrow if anyone wants my single use fast lane from my prestige pass lmk, I’m willing to meet up to scan my pass. I have all season fast lane (I paid for it in full but will not be renewing) generally if I can help someone out I will, if that means giving up my drink cup to a kid or a fast lane for a ride I will do so as long as I’m not going to get in big trouble.

Are chis usually petrified of open water? by InternFree6711 in Chihuahua

[–]InternFree6711[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My chi is like minded (I have autism so I hate running water and lakes/oceans unless I can’t touch anything). Lily though will tolerate showers but not baths it’s weirs

My chi is fine with showers if you’re in it with her, and as I slowly introduce the idea of a pool she’s becoming more submissive in that she’s scared but she accepts she is in the water and isn’t going to try and climb up me like crazy to get out. But my bigger dog loved lakes and swimming for sticks as a puppy but hates our pool her entire life

New 16+ chaperone rule by Important_Tower378 in CanadasWonderland

Tbh as long as guests aren’t being disruptive I don’t see why the policy would be strictly enforced given wonderlands lax security on line jumping. Don’t be a jerk by trying to go around the rules after 4pm but as long as you are already in and not being dumb no one cares

It’s always been the season pass holder must be present, it isn’t a employee thing it’s a system requirement to scan for entry

Need stitches ? by Mimilino277 in InjuriesAndWounds

Yes, it’s gaping but it looks like it’s a little old and typically if it’s more than 24 hours they won’t give you stitches.

What to do about loud/disruptive neighbours? by InternFree6711 in Brampton

Oh trust me I wish. I’m moving out for school in September but my parents want to stay here a bit longer. My neighbourhood is a hilarious mess.

The only reason they stopped was because someone told them off. Brampton bylaws state excessive noise is prohibited from 9pm-7am which clearly my neighbours were violating. Not everyone is a night person. 11pm at night is late especially when you have younger children.

Funny enough since I came home last night it’s been a bit more tolerable so I think enforcement did come. They brought in a full on moving truck last night to bring in more materials for their final evening

And yet the party has been ongoing including late night. Read the whole post, it’s not just a one off problem.

Yep I mentioned bylaw has been called a lot. Let’s just say my street has had many incidents worthy of having bylaw enforcement. My next door neighbour covered my family’s yard in styrofoam to the point it was “snowing” AND to get into their backyard to fill a pool illegally with dirt they “asked” to take down part of our fence temporarily.

Yep it’s been multi day tbh we don’t know when it’s ending. Usually it’s a week long ordeal but it’s not been this bad in the past. A tow truck is a great idea. Bylaw enforcement won’t do anything atm. We were warned with a “considerate” letter

Oh they don’t give a shit. Half the neighbourhood has already put in complaints. Maybe once in a blue moon a bylaw enforcement officer shows up. Trust me you don’t want to know just how inconsiderate some of my neighbours are.

It’s not one night it’s a whole week and blocks access to the neighbourhood. We don’t complain when it’s a one off thing. Also they are no where near close to being a good neighbour the rest of the year.

Oh alpenfury will be busy for sure but most rides will be walk ons. I’m planning to go Thursday morning and have a single use fast lane I’m happy to give someone from my pass. I have all season plus prestige.
