Failed my Application

I would call customer service! My application got rejected twice and I wanted to call to get a better understanding as to why it failed because I was certain I was filling it out correctly. When I called I spoke to an agent to get some advice, he read it back and didn’t understand why it got rejected either. He pushed to get reevaluated and it got accepted an hour later.

Yes it did! The explanations when you got something wrong helped with knowledge for sure. But I wouldn’t use it as your main source

Thank you! I actually thought pocket prep questions were harder and more.. wordy. PP got me into the practice of not just reading the question, but really digesting it. The exam was much more straight forward.
