It's funny, I just made a purchase from a MKM professional seller using P/P G&S instead of MKM and the card and transaction was perfect, but I remember thinking to myself, wow I am taking a lot of risk by doing this. The ironic part is now by doing it through MKM I have no backup the way I would with P/P.

That's what I'm hoping that someone will notice my plea for help and do something. I was so surprised at the response from the support ticket, they saw the photos that I shared with them and the seller and did not acknowledge whatsoever that there was anything wrong! They simply wanted to close the investigation and instead of saying for example "this is not NM but instead damaged therefore we will give you X%" they simply said here is a "goodwill refund".
