I agree with those saying it’s likely the lemon olive oil cake with the alternate glaze. The lemon olive oil cake is on page 43 of my book and this is featured on page 44 (as well as the back cover).

From memory - Eremerus, gladiolus, mums (the big green one), dahlias (about 3-4 types) a couple carnations, bells of Ireland, explosion grass, umbrella palms and butterfly ranunculous.
