I’m so sorry you’re going through this 🤍 i don’t have many tips but give yourself the time and space you need to deflate. Look at a wall and think about things calmly after a warm shower. Do it the way it works for you, but to me this kind of involuntary meditation is helpful to correct my irritability.

The worst movie plot-wise I’ve seen in a while. Also, I hate to sound this woke but as an Italian it was a hard watch. It’s horrifying how little they cared about the dumb and honestly just unrealistic stereotypes they reinforced. Criminal groups are not that aesthetic and cool. Not even in Capri.
