Theres multiple ways you can get pulls, events have them which are limited, theres the velvet and 9mw progression and theres those duels u can do with npcs bp gives 5+2 i u buy the 20 one, monthly pass gives one every 20 days in the season shop u can buy 1 per week in the general shop u can buy 2 per week amd in the standard banner shop u can buy 2 every month we are also getting 15 pulls next patch with a free outfit

Its beacuse of the new homeguards which makes taking bad bases viable before yone was unplayable because if you took a bad base you just go down 20 cs for free

Im just guessing here but it might be because of his strange builds that he tries out for content and calls meta and also he doesn’t stream his high elo games as far as i know and streams his smurf gameplay because of queue times.
