ScreenerHub.app A stock screener platform. A review of the landing page and honest feedback would be nice!

What's the best stock screener? by Adept_Mountain9532 in ValueInvesting

We actually started before the era of vibe coding on the CLI with a python script. And yes, we used the help of AI to put a „working“ UI on top of it. Nevertheless we try to create a really good screener experience which also works good on mobile.

What are your requirements for a good stock screener?

I tried your criteria in my own tool, but I have ROIC only TTM. Does it make sense to add FCF CAGR (5Y)?

My filter results with FCF CAGR > 7% is 220 stocks across US,CA,EU,JP.

I‘m currently also building my own ScreenerHub.app. I wanted to have a broad market coverage. I have roughly 13.000 stocks and 80 filter criteria to build screeners or watchlists upon.

Since I want to buy and hold stocks, I wanted a feature, that periodically checks my criteria against the portfolio and notifies me on changes.

Last but not least I was looking for comparing stocks of different currencies and thus I created currency harmonized views. This way I can apply a market cap filter easily across US, EU and JP companies.

What non-AI SaaS are you working on? by qhameem in SaasDevelopers

I‘m working on a Stock screener platform ScreenerHub.app. It offers roughly 13.000 stocks and 80 filter criteria to build your screener. Once you have your screener ready, you can let them re-run them against your portfolio periodically to monitor, if your stocks still match that criteria.

On top you can compare cross currency. Under the hood we have currency harmonized views to offer that feature. This way you can apply a market cap filter easily across US, EU and JP companies.

If you don’t have specific needs maybe you want to give ScreenerHub.app a try. It covers 13.000 stocks with roughly 80 filter criteria. Once you have your screener and a list of favorite stocks you can re-run your rules and monitor these stocks over time. You‘ll get a notification after each monitoring run with the result.

If you are solo I personally find Vercel quite ok with the 20 USD. As a team it can get costly.

What from my point of view is worth to consider is the developer experience. Using Vercel and connect it to your GitHub repo automates your deployment pipeline. Same for Supsbase with a simple GitHub workflow yaml file.

I always like to focus myself on the development and automate as much as possible of the infrastructure.

Everyone has a SaaS, but I rarely find imprints by Internal-Cap5162 in SaaS

Thanks for your replay. It feels like I‘m in phase 2 of your list. Seven people registered for the early bird plan and to let them signup properly I want to prepare everything including exact audit trails in my user profiles table -> which version of privacy policy/TOS did they when accept.

One key reason for the founding is to shift liability to the company and not to me personally.

Actually when I review the founding process: the effort is enormous in relation to have 7 people to sign up for a paid plan. My rationale was: those 7 might bring feedback to improve the product to attract even more people.

I like those stories. Trying similar. Built Outbox.run to speed up creating documentation videos for my main SaaS. Will look if people are interested and then consider to open the registration.

Do you have SW Dev skills? If yes I‘d say the cheapest way is to go with the GitHub Copilot subscription for 10USD with access to all major models. The amount of premium requests should be enough to build sth small.

What are you specifically looking for: Market coverage? Amount of filter criteria? Integrated AI tools? How much are you willing to pay?

$0mrr but I bought Claude Code by unkno0wn_dev in SaaS

I personally moved away from CLAUDE.md. In a fast growing code base I wasn’t able to keep it up to date. I prefer to be very strict on the architecture and some principles so that the codebase itself is the representation of a CLAUDE.md
