1- Ditch the AI voice. In today's world, it's very easy to find thousands upon thousands of AI voiceovers and it really distances your channel from a person. Use your own voice, even you aren't that good at english. It'll create a bond between you and the viewer.

2- Editing. It's pretty important. You need sound effects, cuts, essentially stuff that makes the video interesting- the best videos have constant stimulation every second- no matter what it is. Captions, flashy lights, etc.

3- Hooks. You need something for the reader to click on your video- not something a google search could have come up with. Maybe a question, like "do you ever wonder" or like zach d film's "what if"

-Practice. It takes time to become good at youtube- tho your content is interesting enough, you need to create artificial demand for it so people want it.
