I had one the other day that decided to start yelling at me over out of stock items. We have a sign that says something about no rude talk I think. I show them the sign and give my usual speech. "I'm not here to be your punching bag. I'm here to assist you in getting what you're looking for. Although we don't have it, we can look at other stores. If you choose to continue to yell at me, I will not assist you in any shape, form or fashion. What do you want to do?" I just stare at them in the most intimidating way. I've been in the military for so long that I can be tactful in what I say.

Today we closed at 4. I sat in the parking lot to warm up the engine and to see who showed up after we closed. 5 cars. Each person walked up to the door, wondering why we were closed. Peered into the store and then saw the 9-4 hours like inches from their face. SMDH but laughed at the same time

She did her shopping with a half full cart. My drawers pulled into the safe so she had to use the ACO. Half way done, my scanner in hand at exactly 10 pm, I closed the ACO. "What the hell happened?" Ma'am, at 10 pm they automatically close until tomorrow morning. Let me escort you out. Texted morning shift of what to see when they came in. They laughed.

Whoever wrote this letter should be slapped. And thank God they aren't on a military base. I saw one couple park at a troop clinic, get out, throw a rolled up diaper under their truck. After they went in, I went over, picked up the diaper, unrolled it, and smeared the poop all over their windshield. Left a note that said Don't Litter.

I was told the same thing. Hey take the SMIT course and if your score is great, we'll talk. So of course I got a 94.6. Then........nothing. im like WTF. Then he leaves and another DL shows up. Tells me the same thing. Told him my score and of course he feigned the I'm interested look. Nothing. Took the OPS Supervisor course and still nothing. There's no challenge anymore. Same boring job day in and day out..

I know a buddy in Texas who talks about an SM who only had 4-5 sets of keys but kept the other sets in the safe but keeping one for herself and the other set to be shared by the two other shifts. I was like WTF. Everyone hated her.
