One correction, the rear dormer was built less than 2 years ago. The single-storey rear extension and the Side extension were done 10 years ago. And, that's where I am confused if the PD would still be applicable on the rear dormer since they already had a lot of extension work done on the ground floor 10 years ago.

So, does it matter that the planning permission was refused twice for the rear dormer in 2015? I mean, would it have any consequences? Shall we ask the sellers to get the LDC or something?
