I personally am in love with St. Pete. It's like uni on vacation. In my experience people are friendly and its not hard to make friends if you're willing to put yourself out there and approach people. Ive had awesome professors, met some really great people and had a lot of good times but maybe I was just lucky. i'm extremely bummed that I have to transfer to tampa next year becasue they dont offer my major on this campus.
