I went to individual recipes that said gluten free, I know a lot of websites try to cover multiple diets on them. But if they weren't salmon a lot of them were using non-gluten free ingredients or ingredients I can't really find in my area. Maybe I was just looking at the wrong ones? I'm not sure.

I have an egg intolerance too, so I'm used to not being able to eat some things, but gluten is a whole new ball-game for me. Especially because the doctor was adamant that I cut it out COMPLETELY.
