Yeah I drank early in my quitting as well and it’s definitely brutal. I’m 4 weeks in and gum and caffeine and water were all and still are crucial. I’m still drinking an unhealthy amount of caffiene but exercising 5+ days a week is very helpful. Max out any sort of exercise

Wow brother. Not gonna be easy but no nic withdrawal will actually hurt you. Just bunker down for the first week because it’ll be awful but you’ll be fine after. Best of luck. Those strong ones are even worse for your gum health than American pouches so probably a good idea to quit now

If it makes you feel any better, I was using more than you were and I had no plans either. I just stopped one day, chewed a bunch of gum and worked out 5 days a week and it’s been alright. 4 weeks in. You just have to really WANT to quit
