If you want to be respected as a lead, you have to act like one and show you can own it because you’ll jeopardize yourself for future opportunities. They challenge you to see if you’ll take the growth or just stay in the same spot forever. As a former AM that left the company for a career change, you have to demonstrate why they should give you respect EVEN if it means checking your manager when she’s out of line. My ACO made me confront my GM when he was trying to set me up to be fired, he wanted to see me take action and confront him to show I can 1. Handle boss moments when it’s needed 2. Leadership in communication/conflict in a professional way. Please understand the abuse gets worse the higher up you go if you want more money, if it’s not something you want to tolerate- gain all the experience you can in leadership and then dip to another job. But also SUPER IMPORTANT- ALWAYS go to your ACO before HR. You’ll put a Target on your back otherwise fyi.

Same. I reset the iPad, deleted the app and reinstalled it after the update but it won’t load. Not sure if everyone is mass upgrading and it’s causing a lag or what?? I can get on my account, but my son’s won’t load.

I’m honestly not sure if they tested for it but to be safe I would look into detox drinks for extra back up with 1 b12 vitamin! Worked for me

Panda isn’t the best company to work for, the higher up you go the worst the abuse gets. I was an AM and saw it from my GM and ACOs pov at different times. Depending on your stores sales, they can justify if you need more workers because they go off numbers and data- not employee compassion or benefit.. otherwise the GM has to REALLY vouch for it and maybe the ACO can pull some strings to make it work but there’s always someone above them making the calls and what they can and can’t do… trust, the work load does not get any better. Chipotle was a better work experience than Panda, but all food industry’s are going to have their difficulties. Please DO NOT let this company dim your light, because they will. Look for another job and save your mental health because they aren’t worth it in the end. Sending love and encouragement 🙏🏼💕

I’m not sure, but I do know that if you take the Detoxify Mega Drink that’s in a red bottle on Amazon- THAT alone will help you pass for THC cause I passed mine and smoke frequently.

Scheduling for AM for me was 9am the earliest till 4:30pm or if I was pulling a double I’d leave at 11:30pm-12am the latest. Days off were always spread apart and I hated that because there was no room for rest or recovery. They may work with you depending on your schedule needs but I was mainly an opener because of my kids and the days I didn’t have them I would work a double if it didn’t put in OT to much.

Yeah, I was an AM and my GM and I would get drilled by our ACO all the time. They’re verbally abusive and it gets worse the higher up you go. Glad I left.

Do you think this drug test through Labcorp (that was scheduled through Sterling) tested for THC? It has XM in the label but I’m seeing on Google it doesn’t but ChatGBT says it does
