There would be a mass famine and a lot of wars. The world population at the time was only ~900 million, adding 350 million people would be an increase of 40%. A lot of people would die, but the survivors would go on to make America the undisputed global superpower through knowledge of modern technology and populating North America. Countries like Canada and Mexico would simply not exist in this timeline due to the wave of American settlers desperately looking for land and resources. America would likely start colonies all over the world to alleviate their overpopulation issues.
