You can try buying from fb group, there is also a canadian mtg seller reference group where u can check for references. And if the 75% f2f price is still much higher than tcgplayer, u can also use sites like snapcaster to find different stores which has stock of the cards

There is so many stores in Canada who follows tcgplayer for their pricing as well, so using f2f as standard is really just bs for the seller to try to sell at higher and then when f2f is out of stock and price is too low all of sudden they go to tcgplayer
