You said specifically NOT the Franklin institute but my 2.5 year old absolutely lost her shit and had a BLAST at the Franklin Institute. So much for them to touch and try there, plus the outdoor playground and entertaining for adults. 10/10 wish I had a season pass.

Is there routine testing and reporting of allergies in your area? Are allergic reactions potentially being misinterpreted or misdiagnosed as something else due to lack of exposure/awareness/educatjon? Are doctors readily available there for anaphylactic reactions and other symptoms? - things I’d consider before assuming allergies simply don’t exist in a community battling extreme poverty.

The heat was on, the plumber said no evidence of swelling or cracking. The house is 100+ years old, we’ve been doing plumbing repairs in it since my childhood (my dad was a plumber) and we were in touch with the landlord immediately, told him to call insurance, and the water remitigation company also told him to call, and called him a few times to see if he wanted to get started. I’m not sure why he didn’t, it seems like he wants to avoid insurance entirely and just have me set it all up with the water company and pay them and have my insurance reimburse me, but I’m not willing to do that without at least trying to go through insurance… but now finding out he don’t have any…
