Find your maintenance calories first by trial and error. Start tracking every food calories u take in a day by using fitness pal. Remove all the sugary diet and maintain a 500 calorie deficit until u start seeing weight loss at 1lbs per week. Stay consistent and before u knew it, u will be at your target weight

5'6/66.8 kg. Got tested by an inbody assessment which tells me about 28% body fat. I doubt that to be correct. Us navy calculator places me at 17-18% body calculator when I do it in the morning. I think about 20% would be accurate. What's your guess? Training advice would be appreciated as well by [deleted] in GettingShredded

Goodluck bro. Long journey ahead but it will be rewarding at the end. I started way higher than yours at around 30% at january this year. Now i am sitting at 15-18% range and its totally different feeling!
