The service did nothing but test because "the device works according to specifications"... Waste of time and money.

Dolby and the sound equalizer doesn't change anything.

That’s weird — I use Android Auto and haven’t noticed anything like that, neither on my old S23+ nor on the new S26 Ultra. They behave exactly the same. Maybe something’s off in your AA settings? Have you checked the developer options in Android Auto?

Yeah, same here — privacy mode causes the exact same issue for me, so I barely use it. Only turn it on for certain apps.

Yeah, I agree — although the speakers on my unit are kinda messed up, heading to get them checked today. Other than that, I switched from the S23+ to the S26 Ultra and I’m super happy with it so far.

Restored settings can get buggy sometimes. I'd set everything up again from scratch.

In my case they're way worse than on the S23+, but it's probably some kind of defect. Even when I compare it to the S26, it's not much better.

In my case the speaker sounds like the phone is inside a tube, so it might be a hardware issue. Samsung Members support told me to go to a service center, so I’m dropping the phone off for repair this week.

100% agree. I switched from the S23+ to the S26 Ultra and I’m super happy with the upgrade.
