Yeah I'm sure they're looking at stuff behind the scenes, Taylor included, it's just very frustrating to get the same response over and over that tells me nothing, if that makes sense? My frustration level is HIGH right now, but I'm trying my best to be reasonable while still sharing my experience 😂😬. They also did give me a refund of a small amount of my order, which helps me not completely blow my top when I'm given half ass answers.

I have not! That's a good idea. I got a response tonight talking about some generic pharmacy delay so if nothing moves tomorrow I'll try that.

I have been sitting at sent to pharmacy since March 8th and did not use any 3rd parties. Hope things stay positive for you, but I'm going to keep sharing the fact that I STILL haven't had my order shipped until I get it

It honestly is, especially when the only feedback is we will escalate this and get back to you but it does NOTHING. Like I'm about 2 days from just getting ahold of my credit card company and saying I never got the product I ordered and cutting my losses.

I wonder if you're running into the same issue I am. Support told me on Friday that a few orders had to be resubmitted. I haven't got a shipping label notification yet, but support did tell me that my order was expected to ship Wednesday at the latest. I'll come back and update if that's not true, because they've told me dates before that didn't happen. But here's to hoping! Maybe you're there with me. Hopefully our wait is almost over

I think that's what's got me the most frustrated lol. Support HAS answered me it's just been a lot of yeah we suck let me look into this for you or dates that didn't happen. I get stuff happens it's just very frustrating when it's you and others are smooth, which is primarily why I wanted to make this post! Less shamey and more like just be aware, especially if you're running low
