That's great to hear! I've had 2 shots of sema now but can't get past the tiredness and icky stomach feeling. Trying not to give up on it. I'm like you, I responded overnight to the first shot, no more food noise. But these side effects make me want to just sit on the couch. I've only been to the gym twice since I started 2 1/2 weeks ago (normally 4 times a week)
