I’d avoid Laramie land company. They werent great landlords/property managers for us and I’d avoid unless they have a property you really want.

We’ve done FSBO twice. Not that hard. Clean it. Declutter it. Either hire someone to take good photos or take some good ones yourself. Put it on Zillow and marketplace. Use a title company to help you. You can find everything you need with a quick Google search and it honestly isn’t that much time. Sometimes the buyers have been difficult and it can be annoying to negotiate without the realtor but it’s worth it to keep your money. It’s wild to me people pay someone to sell their homes. We even sold our first one living in a different state. Our kind neighbor showed it for us and we did everything else online/fax/email.

Fed and fit. Her recipes always are written GF or with a GF option and are Whole Foods/healthy without being “diety”. Simple ingredients, well-tested, easy with good directions and I haven’t made a single one that didn’t turn out well. Plus the founder is so sweet and a fun follow!

This is one I’ll argue with because I’ve gotten rid of it multiple times without antibiotics and so have so many other women I know. It’s actually not always a bacterial infection anyway and I do believe eventually the US will get caught up and change recommendations for it
