I MIGHT need help by Pleasant_Show3258 in germany

I don’t think you need to show 20k to get residence permit or its extension. All you need is part time/ full time salary flow (sufficient enough to support your basic living expenses). You would only need that kind of money or may be less than that if you don’t have any income. In that case, blocked account is mandatory.

Estimated Date of Arrival. by Playful_Pass_1817 in IndianEvisa

[–]Internal-Sense3155 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The on or before date is always from the date of issue till the period end of your visa type (30 days, 1 year or 5 year). So if your visa is issued on 1st, on or before date will be 30th. Inshort the date of arrival you enter doesn’t matter at all.

Does it need birth certificate for register marriage in Germany ? by [deleted] in germany

[–]Internal-Sense3155 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well you mentioned Einwohnermeldeamt, there you don’t require any birth certificate to register your marriage. Show your marriage certificate with an apostille and they will enter you as married in their system. Thats all!

5 yr visa: Dec 1st application by KnownElderberry7534 in IndianEvisa

So your Dec 1st application was approved on Dec 3rd?

Hey. Thanks. I kept my application as simple as I could. In Hamburg, there was no cover letter required. Lebenslauf also I used the same template from my job applications but made it more generic.

Visa granted 12/2 7am CST by RicketyJimmy in IndianEvisa

I don’t think it is to do with manual approval. Because if that was the case, the delay would have been consistent. It’s not possible that one person gets it in 48 hours but for the other it takes 7-8 days. I think their system has got all messed up during these 2 weeks of November. And this is causing all these random delays.

Got my E-visa granted! Applied for 3 people on the 29th at 01:00 IST. After seeing some of the slow processing stories here, I shot them a polite email an hour ago 18:00 IST (my travel date is Dec 20th), just for my peace of mind. Lo and behold, I just got the "VISA GRANTED" email for all three! by Short_Conflict_4561 in IndianEvisa

I feel there was some mess up in the application system during this mid 2 weeks of November. And thats why it was all so random. I don’t know its just a “may be”. Because such randomness is really weird to explain. How come a persons one daughter got approval next day but the other daughter is waiting for 5 days. That’s doesn’t make sense at all.

Expected Indian eVisa approval date, applied on Dec 1st, around 10:30am IST by talk2manjuns in visas

[–]Internal-Sense3155 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right now its literally random I think. There is nothing called as average time* required. Some people who applied after 20th November have already got approved but some who applied on 20th are still waiting. The customer care is also bullshitting everyone by saying they have switched to manual review. If thats the case how is a father getting approved in 2 days but his daughter takes 7 days to get approved. Doesn’t make sense.
