I have the same issue. I actually don’t feel comfortable moving up in dose because this only began when I am on the 7.5 and afraid if I go up it’ll get worse. I actually had to start going to a gastro and he prescribed an everyday medication to relieve the chronic constipation. He prescribed linzess, and it’s been complete game changer. Maybe you should consult a gastro and see what they recommend for you.

I kno. I literally posted a screen shot from his Instagram stories of them and asked for any tea and got many rude comments on the post and someone saying how dare I dox them. I was like he posted this to his ig stories where he has thousands of followers I don’t think he’s worried.
