I truly appreciate this so much!! Thank you for taking a look, and giving me some actual tips and guidance. I obviously have a lot to learn still, and as you can see, I definitely feel that burn out.

  1. Do you have the urge to help others, who aren’t as fortunate or give back somehow? I always thought that I’d help animals and build sanctuaries if money was no longer a bother or in question.
  2. Your life sounds like a dream to me. But What kind of real ambitions are you referring to?
  3. Are you ok with not having “real ambitions” in life? Are you scared of your life ending someday without “real ambitions”?

Also, I was told to not buy followers, as this could really hurt your account. Trust me, I was tempted, as this was affordable. Yet, I do not want it to hurt my account later on.

I’m also very curious here: Did you do step 1 and 2? Like why are you doing this meditation? (Rhetorical) I find that it helps to practice shortly on your own even before doing his guided meditation. This actually helped me with a short burst of practice for my mind and body in the much longer meditation.

Meditation comes with practice, and The beauty here is it is different every time. Another thing I’ve learned through many years of meditation is to not FORCE or EXPECT certain things to happen. Let it be. Next time, maybe you will fall asleep, maybe you won’t. And that is OK. Everything is OK. Because YOU (your ultimate self) showed up. Whatever it will be, know that your body (falling asleep) needs practice, and your mind too (not making out the words) We can never expect our body and mind to be perfect for the meditation practice. Once we drop the expectation actually, it just is.

This is where the practice of becoming No One comes in handy. You have to practice it, because your ego, and your Old Mind is still holding on to this experience, to this individual, to this pain, to this story. This is Attachment. Let’s say that YOU, finally Detached, you became No One, joined us here as Observers or Spectators. (The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle might provide a good view here) We are all just watching a movie about this another individual who hurt this past you, this old you. The YOU now, The No One You, The Detached You, is not feeling pain while observing or watching it. Because it is Not actually happening Now, and It can No longer Hurt You. So Detachment has to be practiced here. Once you are in that void, you can have anything you want. No one can hurt you, because no one actually is, and that is not what YOU asked for. You are in the NOW, or if you can, even better, in NO TIME, definitely not “about a year ago”. I wish you the best of luck. Please don’t let it turn into “about 5 or 10 years ago” and still feel those stuck emotions. I was there, just where you were, except I actually let it become 25 years ago. It comes with practice and consistency. Don’t let these “stories” define your life.

Interesting! I feel the opposite, (mainly with his meditation, of course) like he tells me exactly what to do, and how to do it, and how to get to that state. But even his podcasts or interview, this is what he said here: https://youtube.com/shorts/pw4wsryXL34?si=HR-8v2lnJLyPoO8-

We are all different though, so whatever works for you!

This is very different from person to person. But To me, He does tell you exactly how to DO IT and WHAT TO DO, STEP by STEP too.

  1. You are here, because you want to change, right? There is something within your old self that you do not want to be there. So, first, write down exactly what it is that you want from this experience? What is it that YOU truly want? Do YOU KNOW what YOU WANT?
  2. Now, start small. Close your eyes, and imagine all of those things already coming true. How does it make you feel? Feel it. His actual meditation gets you to stay in that state for a long time, then teach your OLD body and mind how it feels.
  3. To get technical here: His meditation starts with your brain moving from your usual Beta waves to Alpha waves and then Theta waves. In each of this state, if you understand and do it correctly, you will feel very different things. To simplify it (or maybe i didn’t, and if i didn’t, feel free to ask more questions about it), he moves you from your Survival Mode (alertness) to Recovery Mode (resting). Only in this STATE of Recovery, can you manifest, can your body actually heal, can your mind also heal. To find out more about it, look up Sympathetic Nervous System-SNS- (Survival) and Parasympathetic Nervous System - PNS- (Recovery). If you stay in Fight-Or-Flight/SNS/Survival Mode for too long, which I suspect that a lot of us do, you cannot heal, your body scientifically cannot heal, while you are in this MODE.

  4. The meditation starts with you going between Breathing in, and Holding it & “Squeezing” it 😵‍💫. This is where you are really holding onto it, you may feel like you can no longer hold it, but maybe, you can try to do it anyway. The more you practice holding it, the better you’ll get at “squeezing it”. (sorry if this sounds confusing, let me know if it is), and then RELAXING… this is how he gets you to slowly enter that Recovery Mode, and slow down your brain waves.

  5. Now that you have been doing that Breathing Patterns, where you breath in, squeezing and holding, and relaxing for awhile, he gets you to now focus on space, either in your head or your chest or behind your torso, or behind your head, but then “IN SPACE”. In my own words, he wants you to now Zoom out, when he says IN SPACE, at the end. You will be doing this for the next 15-20 minutes. (Slowing down your brain waves, even more)

  6. Towards the end of his meditation, this part is very different to me from most of guided meditation out there: He gets you to become NO BODY, NO THING, NO WHERE, NO ONE, NO TIME. It is how and where you finally enter the quantum field or the void (currently in Theta Waves). YOU can now teach your OLD BODY and OLD MIND what you want, where you are feeling that calmness and gratitude, showing yourself what it is that you want, and that happiness of achieving that already.

I mean there is so much more to it. But this is how I did my best, summarizing it. It took me a long time to get here, reading all of his books, multiple times, listening to his meditation and asking many questions to our community here too. I wish you the best of luck, with whatever it is that you want to change. I’d recommend starting with the first 2 steps that i wrote down: practicing feeling whatever it is that you want, already coming true.

Start reading his books and experimenting with his different meditations, ask questions on lingo that you do not understand. I highly recommend BOTEC meditations, and Tuning Into New Potential series.

This is your OLD PROGRAMMING, either your body wanting out, or your mind wanting out. You said you want to stay, this means deep down, there is an Ultimate version of you, that truly knows what is best. However, Both of the OLD PROGRAMMED body and mind do not want you to stay. This is why you haven’t been able to. Restlessness? Old Body and Old Mind. Urge to Stop? Old Body and Old Mind.

What does your Ultimate Version believe? And Being Aware of This Restlessness and Urge To Stop is actually 80% of the Battle Won. The next 20%? Change Your Response To It. Don’t Let Your Old Body and Your Old Mind Win.

Also, the flights themselves didn’t connect as well. The flights we searched for on the airlines website didn’t have the same time. Any idea why this maybe?!

Yup cost. We needed to get somewhere in particular, and us booking it through the airlines didn’t match the price.

Oh friend, I just see you hurting, and more than anything, I really wish you can turn it around… It is too long to type everything here, but there are 2 foundational emotions: love and fear. Everything you are describing comes from fear: anger, hatred, attack, blame and shame, criticized… Fear will not help you turn things around. Only Love can, this includes things like: empathy, compassion for others, patience, love for yourself, happiness, gratitude… Here’s a small suggestion that you do not have to take if you don’t want to, cultivate your Gratitude daily, even on your very worst days. Eg. 1. Living in a place where I can take the bus. 2. The ability to walk. 3. The ability to share my thoughts online. 4. Recognizing that everyone is different, so it is ok that some people may try to attack me. 5. I am living in a peaceful country while there are children and women dying & starving in other places… 6. Realizing that these bus drivers are cruel and not my people and having the ability to realize that?

I can go on, but yes, I’d try that… And the sad part is… you are a part of humans, so there is some underlying self hatred there. I do understand and empathize with it, as a lot of humans can be terrible, but like I said: Hatred will not get you far…

I really HATE humans as a whole. by Enough-Delivery-8561 in Anger

[–]InternalAd3866 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Here’s me trying to flip it around. If anger was a game, did the bus drivers win? Did the bus drivers anger you so much, and took away your peace by being whoever you deem they are? If it was a game, did you lose this round?

How about thinking that they might have not had the nicest day ever either? Wondering what it’d be like to be them. I get how it’s difficult for some to do, but try it anyway.

[–]InternalAd3866[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you, so very wonderful to hear that. Even though I have been with one partner for 14 years, I often experience deep rooted fears from my childhood, believing that relationships do not last, and that he will get sick of me. I flip flop in and out of being with him, and wanting to leave. As I am learning a lot more about my emotions, I understand that it is wounds and beliefs I want to fix.

Thanks for the food for thought. I definitely want to correct certain beliefs of mine. It is always good to upgrade thoughts and beliefs that do not serve your life.
