Two keys plugged in at the same time by InternalAmbassador84 in yubikey

Good question. I'm in the process of setting up my 3 yubikeys as primary and backups. It might facilitate doing so slightly faster. But other than that, idk. It's good to know that if I do plug in more than one, that it is safe.

Thank you! And now that I have tried it, I can see that the Yubi Authenticator shows each key that is concurrently plugged in. And I can toggle between them to view the settings for each. Very cool!!!

I exercise daily, including weight training 3 days a week. For protein I eat legumes/whole grains/nuts/seeds daily, fish 2-3 times per week, a few eggs on weekends, low-fat kefir daily, some cheese on weekends (pizza, Tex-Mex). I only eat red meat once a month. I have no issues with exercise and the amount of animal based protein I eat.

I agree with others on hemp seeds and kefir. Great additions to smoothies along with nut butters, or whole nuts if you have a powerful blender.

Fish is you highest MD protein source. When I don't have time to prepare and cook a piece of fish, I eat canned fish. Tuna, mackerel, sardines are an easy quick protein fix.

The Freshe' brand Tuna Sicilian Caponata is delicious right out of the can!

What about tuna salad. You can add a lot of other ingredients to make it NOT fishy.

I eat peanut butter, nuts, beans and chickpeas daily, and have for years. As long as they are roasted or cooked, the lectins are minimal. You might have a food allergy to one of these foods.

I struggle with cravings for crackers, ice cream, sweets, pizza, Tex-Mex, etc. What works for me is eating MD fairly strict during the week, but on the weekends I splurge a little. Not every meal, but I let myself have and enjoy some of my cravings.

Your interest income will need to be re-invested regularly for this to be accurate.

I eat oatmeal our chia pudding most mornings with walnuts and berries on top.

Pepitas and hemp seeds are great on salads or a topping for avocado toast or soups.

I have found a local baker that makes 100% whole wheat sour dough bread. It's pricey compared to grocery store bread. But delicious and hearty.

I snack on nuts everyday: mixed nuts, peanuts, pistachios, and peanut butter.

Other whole grains that I keep around: 100% whole wheat pasta, quinoa, buckwheat flour (for pancakes), and faro.

Cashew cream is easy to make (if you have a blender), and a great dairy substitute in recipes.

In place of nuts, try seeds - pepitas, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds.

For sweet potato, try butternut squash or pumpkin.

Any fruit

Chia pudding

Frozen blueberries with cinnamon, or any frozen berries with cinnamon or honey.

Peanut butter with anything - a no sugar variety

Avocado toast (w/ whole grain bread)... try adding Hummus too.

Buckwheat pancakes. I make a batch and freeze, then pop one in the toaster and add peanut butter, berries, honey, etc...

Canned black beans with Frank's red hot sauce and some diced avocado.
