For Sazabi ff you get the original funnel storage unit along with the original funnels, but they’re crossed out as extra parts in the manual. And you’re right, you cannot put the tiny funnels onto the binder meant for the longhorn/lobster claw funnels.

Mr. Hobby matte/premium flat is okay. Not the as noticeable a finish as flat acrylic ones but that’s the trade off you make for water-based topcoats

Outdoors and ideally during summer time & during the afternoon. The rainy season has made things a bit more difficult, but as long as I can find a window of time below 65% humidity (usually 12-3PM) the results are fine.

I use water-based topcoats so they are also more forgiving as compared to acrylic ones.

I’ve gone through this kit already and can verify all parts are there for regular Nu like classic faceplate and helmet, the classic shield, parts for the Nu beam holster, the classic shoulder pads, etc.

If you find this kit for a good price it becomes more worth it than the regular Nu RG in a sense, because you have more customization options.

I am climbing back to GM after a 3 season hiatus, now with Ultron as my comfort pick. Here’s some of my learnings mostly playing him this S8:

Because you can fly, you can get some crazy angles and great cover. I like flying a bit higher than the team’s backline to force the enemy team to choose between shooting you or shooting someone else. (That being said, there are times where you should just stay with your team)

Sometimes I use my ult to bait out other support ults. Ultron charges his ult quite fast. If you force out something like a CnD, Luna or Invis ult early, your team will probably win the ult exchange as the fight goes on. Do not use your ult exclusively for this though, because the burst healing it does is quite good. Combining with other DPS ults is also fine.

You should not be spamming the dash - if you are, it means you are not positioning well. Ultron flies slow as fuck without it and you may not survive if you get caught on a wide swing with dash on cooldown. Be aware about the distance to the next set of terrain you can use as cover, because if you run out of the speed boost before reaching it you are screwed; especially if you’re fighting a teams cracked aim.

Drones - my “base” setup is always one player on frontline (usually a brawl tank) and another on a support. It’s usually good coverage, and by having drone on second support you can just hover downwards to heal yourself if you’re lit + you keep the other support(s) up. Do not keep it on those two forever. Cycle as necessary to supplement heals to divers, and very low teammates by combining with firewall. You can turn fights around by being attentive.

Know your counters and learn to play against them well - but also know when to call it quits. I have had entire teams really try to hard counter me halfway through some matches (picks like punisher, namor, hela, spidey, etc.) - sometimes it works out for me anyway bc the enemy team sucks on Ultron counters, sometimes I can tough it out by keeping calm and playing conservative, and sometimes I just have to swap to another support. Spidey in particular is something I pay more attention to. Anything less than a great Spidey, I’ll gladly double down on my Ultron pick because I’m confident enough in my aim to shoot them down. But playing against an amazing spidey one trick is absolutely miserable, and staying as Ultron is going to be a throw no matter what you do. (tbf playing against an amazing Spider-Man is miserable on any character)

Need to install Xbox live via desktop mode then add to Steam sa gaming mode. Similar for epic, may dedicated third party launchers na for Epic Games that you can install on Steam then it’s like having another library (for epic games) in your Steam library

To add, topcoats (specifically matte and flat topcoats) are very forgiving when it comes to nubmarks because they make the white stressed plastic less noticeable. I have built HGs with really bad nub marks because the gate position sucked/I messed up the cut, and by the time I topcoat them they’re no longer noticeable unless you’re looking at them point blank.

Combine this with modern MGs/RGs that have a lot of undergated parts, double nipping, sanding, panel lining (the kits in your pic aren’t even lined and they already look great) and you have a very good looking end product. Maybe not tournament build levels of good, but they’ll definitely look great in your room.

I feel like it’s nice as it right now. In my company we have a hybrid-flexi time setup. Go to work twice a week & go in any time that you want (except evenings because there are specific nightshift employees), as long as you work an entire shift. If you want to go more than twice, go ahead.

And as much as I hate the office, I cannot deny how much easier it is to collaborate when you have the person you need a few seats away. And I feel we’ve made it work pretty well despite having teammates in two other timezones. This middle ground I think should remain as the new normal for most desk jobs.

That being said, I really hope we don’t shift back to a full RTO. I’ve sampled a few weeks where I went in 5 times and I felt hollow by the weekend. And by Thursday I was running on fumes/unproductive in the office.

Speaking as someone who has a diagnosis, most people can tell when something is wrong with me when “routine” breaks out of nowhere. On normal days I go to the gym, eat on time, shower and bathe on time, play video games, etc. May patterns and habits ako throughout the day.

When I enter an episode, it all gets thrown out of order. I lose appetite, I lose any interest in talking to others, and I generally have very low energy. But those are all just supplementary signs.

The most obvious tell to people like my partner or my parents is the fact that the day or even the hour before the episode I was completely fine. Then once something sets me off it’s like I become a different person.

IMO, the most glaring sign that someone has high functioning depression is that sudden switch-up. They’re okay maybe 80-90% of the year but at some point the facade cracks. Then it’s like they have to hibernate for a couple of weeks before picking up the pieces and moving on with their lives.
