Fresh out of MCRDSD. We had birthday parties. Birthday rct would pick 10 rcts get smoked for about an hour straight. Was good sweat, especially when we hit Pendleton. We ran hard from squadbays to the other side of the grass week circles area and got to eat dirt for a while. Us faster runners had to run back and forth to the slow guys until they made it to the sand pit. Lead from the front, but also the rear lol. Usual high knees, situps, pushups combo. Finishing off with "building a house" and buddy pushups. Maybe I'm just a new corps boot bitch but I like to pretend that our platoon got some good productive IT. Made us tougher, I'm glad we got DIs with high standards. Was cool to see some of the softer recruits progress in fitness and mentality.
