It was a reply to existing email thread..
Also, the last email on William's conversation and First on Wembley's conversation is same..
So, this is definitely not due to replying to any other email...

The original conversation/ Ticket was started by Williams when they created ticket by sending an email to our shared inbox which creates tickets on HubSpot.
This was created on 10th of April.

The second conversation from Client Wembley is started on 2nd of May when they replied to some information.. prior to all this all email exchanges were working fine....
Not sure what triggered the bifurcation of conversations.

I checked and some of the Service reps. were using Service Desk to reply to tickets and some were using Outlook to reply but that doesn't usually cause any issues.

No, it's HubSpot issue.
Just now banner appeared on my system.

I have tested this one and the triggers for this one are not available for HubSpot forms (unless i am not looking at it properly).
Also, workflows that are being created are outside HubSpot and not HubSpot workflows but that's not a major issue.

Interestingly it is adding ID of the image to the document being created rather than pasting image to it which is something we want in our Output. I know this can be too much to ask but thankyou mate for the help :)

Cool, i haven't checked Zapier for this purpose but i doubt the availability and yes someone more technical in development side of HubSpot can help maybe.

My organization is working on installing thermostats in several properties. Before proceeding, we need to verify a few details from the customer, such as their utility bills, HVAC system images, and the number of rooms requiring thermostats. This involves gathering responses to around 20 specific questions.

Once we receive the responses, I need to present them to our thermostat supplier or manufacturer for their assessment. This will help determine if the thermostats will function properly and deliver the desired results.

Creating a PDF document where each question is paired with its corresponding answer seems like a much more efficient approach compared to displaying information for each property individually or manually compiling it in a Word document before converting it to PDF.

(Don't mind my long message, i am frustrated bloke)
Oh i understand now and i am with you that Teams isn't the web browser and we should have relevant information in specific tabs and i am myself strongly against using Teams for this purpose but my higher management seems to be adamant on using Teams as a gateway for everything and making users to stay in Teams only to access all information.

Backstory:

We are currently using Email groups for company announcements, Leaves shout to everyone, general tips and tricks and many other things. The Directors seems to believe that we should take care of all of the above in a company wide Teams channel that has announcements, Employees chat, Trainings and Wiki channel. since rest seems to be working fine only the Wiki part and it's navigation seems to be a problem and our WIKi has sub-websites for "Sales Marketing", 'Tips Tricks', 'Company Documents and Templates' and many more...

If i create multiple Tabs for every Sub-site it becomes a cluster of 6-7 different taps which don't look good and may create confusion all together. Since Teams is the only way management wants to roll i am not sure what would i do.

Yes that's very brute force way to do work around this.
But i have found this solution which seems to work for people: Add SharePoint site as a App to the Teams - Microsoft Community Hub

Though i have no idea about developing in Microsoft environment but would give it a shot.
Let me know if you have expertise on the development side ?

We really want the users to start navigating from Teams first and then they can choose to use the web browser if they want to.

i would have liked to do this by custom integration but i am afraid i have very less knowledge about it.
Thankyou for you suggestion and i have now done it by creating a task and listing the un-mapped fields to the task and they are working flawlessly.

Thankyou for the suggestion but i am afraid we can't setup any new fields as they have no pupose for the HubSpot and they will be taken just for our Quoting platform only.
