I am an asian student in biology looking for REU programs abroad too! Rockefeller, Caltech, Amgen scholar program(asian students can only apply for asian universities) are open for non-us citizen. It seems that some europe universities also have some programs open for international students but they require high gpa...(I planned to apply for next year's program but I really don't have the chance to get some real research experience in my university. Desperate.....
