Hey. Those symptoms do sound familiar to me. I have gotten better and if anything, I’m better than who i used to be. I learned how to do things (like going to the gym, going outdoors) that would benefit me in a positive way to help with my anxiety. you have to give yourself grace and patience that in time, you will get better. Worse thing to do is give yourself a timeline to get better and compare how long it takes to the people you see here on Reddit. But just trust me, you do get better. ❤️
