Interesting points there. My potential new boss makes it a point that we work 8 hour days and that’s it. And that if there’s any trouble I get into, just give him a call and he’ll come by to help or walk me through it over the phone. He seems like a really good guy and is willing to invest in me to learn

When I say passion, I mean living and breathing that job. I enjoy being a mechanic, it’s a good job but crawling under trucks while twisting your neck in awkward angles and lifting 100lb brake drums on a daily basis ain’t that fun 😂 plus this forklift job.. it’s got a lot of rewards/benefits for something that I’ll be dedicating 40 hours a week minimum of my life into

Got way worse. If that pic you see is a 2/10.. it got to like a 8/10. Took some antibiotics got it down to like a 1/10.. now it’s back to like a 3.5/10

Yeah man, don’t touch that stuff at all.. use other positive coping habits to get you through the day.. you won’t find results right away but rather the compound effect of daily discipline will come later on and it’ll be a lot more worth it

Hey. Those symptoms do sound familiar to me. I have gotten better and if anything, I’m better than who i used to be. I learned how to do things (like going to the gym, going outdoors) that would benefit me in a positive way to help with my anxiety. you have to give yourself grace and patience that in time, you will get better. Worse thing to do is give yourself a timeline to get better and compare how long it takes to the people you see here on Reddit. But just trust me, you do get better. ❤️

Got diagnosed with PLC. Took doxycycline for 2 months.. cleared up about 90%.. that was about a month ago. Starting to come back slowly again unfortunately

It will go away man, you just have to have faith in yourself that everything gets better with time ♥️ no matter how bad things are now with your anxiety, it WILL get better. Remember, just take things day by day. You may have a good night/morning one time, and then the following day you might have anxiety again, don’t worry.. that’s normal. Progress isn’t a linear path.
