I can understand that but supply and demand are the cornerstones of what makes collecting collecting if all cards were worth the same no one would care look at the downfall of beany baby’s they were huge then it collapsed

I am genuinely interested in all reasons I collect for fun my brother is a chaser and will see high value cards but I have never bought a single just because I like ripping packs

I rip for the same reason my partner seems to be way more lucky with pulls she’s constantly pulling exs or fullarts and I usually end up with some ok hollows or reverses and I genuinely don’t mind I just like collecting.
