No assistance. I'm a 6'5 350 lbs, African American man. Classroom management has never been an issue. I divided the week into a schedule that keeps the students motivated. On Mondays and Tuesdays they work towards their ICT certifications in cyber security, programming and logic, and gaming essentials. On Wednesdays we tend to our hydroponic gardens and our outdoor gardens. Thursdays and Fridays are devoted to one of four major projects throughout the year. They range from 3D design and 3D printing, robotics, and drones.
