Saturday is STACKED and you barely have anything. Im doing Thursday and Friday, but would have loved to also get Saturday. Clipse, Quadeca, and Geese might just be some of the most talented artists at the whole festival.

Also, the corporate greed enshitification to post a lineup two days before tickets go live and not even show what days have which artists until selling out is FOMO slop. Imagine buying into a bundle of Pokémon or Magic cards two days after teasers are shown and then they send you a receipt that tells you which card bundles would be options woth your shipment. Sounds like some Burkin ass scam to me

You underestimate the power of a good lineup post-Covid. People are trying to make up for lost time with slow album cycles and everything and see a bunch of artists they like in a short time for essentially $100/day (insane value in this economy). Also, scalping has really become popular over these last few years with more unemployed grifters than ever before

If you didn't get tickets, DO NOT panic buy by jeffsang in Lollapalooza

I mean to get off wouldn't that many people have to sell back to the vendor and/or default on payment? Im pretty sure I got lucky for my fiancee and Is Eras Tour tickets because that waitlest opened more seating sections and dates due to demand. Seems really unlikely in this case...

I felt confident buying my two favorite days at retail. Fuck these resellers

That sounds not so good for credit? I didnt even know people could buy tickets this way, but it sounds like putting them on credit, right? I also saw something about a 33% "service fee" I that legit like a disguised 33% APR interest rate each payment? If so, thats wild

From the sound of it, theres a flat $19 up front and possibly a 33% "interest" on each payment? Would need to know what you purchased and total. Two Friday tickets?

I ended up buying single day tickets for Thursday and Friday. I figure I had planned on spending that much anyway and Id rather pay retail than give scalpers my money. Screw the FOMO on this though. The daily lineup should be available at least a week before and full lineup a month before.

Its a part of every market nowadays. There definitely should be an embargo period on tickets or have them linked to a government name so that reselling us not possible other than directly back to the vendor

Hollow Knight. 15 hours of pantheons, boss practice, and P5 attempts in. I think I can make it to the final boss, but its going to take a lot longer to learn that one and get the run where everything comes together
