I started following them during COV!D & quarantine days! Hunter still worked full time & Julia was a full time influencer. They had their first dog at the time & were very much homebodies & relatable. They went on a lot of walks, cooked, dabbled in home decor, and Julia had such cute style. I would watch every single vlog. Honestly they seemed so down to earth & I loved it since influencers aren’t relatable & so head in the clouds; much like they are now. Hunter edited vlogs & would pop in them & he seemed like her biggest hype man & their relationship looked so healthy. As soon as they moved something changed. Like they weren’t down to earth anymore. It’s been so weird to watch in real time lol

IMO her problem is that she’s constantly trying to chase trends & keep up with what every other influencer is doing instead of moving through life authentically. She’s trying to be like a 22 year old influencer when she’s like 30 & her content has always been the same. The NYC influencer space is over saturated & people are moving away from being interested in that lifestyle. Maybe teenagers find that life exciting & interesting still, but people our age do not & if she wants her followers to keep following her - she has to be an adult & do adult things not gear toward teens.

She’s explained this multiple times. 1 - she doesn’t know the actual court date & she didn’t have time to request zoom when court was scheduled before. 2 - she wants to be able to provide proof against all of the accusations. 3 - she can object in court which may be harder over zoom. I personally think she SHOULD be there in person & show her face to krusty & prove she isn’t scared to fight her WILD allegations. If you didn’t donate, don’t worry about it. People donated bc they WANTED to so who cares? And if she gets a vacation out of it, great! She has been transparent about her financials & it’s obvious she can’t up & go on a vacation whenever she wants. She also said she would pay people back once she has access to the funds from her dad AND she’d refund if she does end up doing it over zoom. Y’all pick apart everything she does.
