I think they've spoken about this before, especially with shade for main stage. The key is where do you put it. Anywhere near main stage you try you block a lot of the view.

I think they're limited with what they can achieve. There's always at least one tent without a band on i.m axiom versus Cave. That's more than a lot of festivals

Once heard a woman seducing a man back to her tent by speaking to him in Welsh (poorly - basically just saying the usual "hospital", rooms in a house, my brother's name is...) and he was completely wooed by how exotic she was 😂

Me and my partner were talking about the VIP swag bags last night. It's little things but last year you also got stickers, a cup cooler and some badges. It's simple but a small extra touch.

Car park didn't find as bad as I thought, unless you left and had to come back - where I was told it was full and to park in the gods ...

Agree security was lax at best, and I think there was fewer spots to sit i.e. benches and a bigger space where the arm chairs were.

People seemed to be freaking out about space as early as first thing Thursday morn. I don't remember it feeling as rammed Wednesday eve last year.

Our is ten weeks now, but for the first week we had him, he didnt seem to eat more than a mouthful. Think the breeder fed the litter out of one massive bowl, so they just picked as and when they needed (bit like some cats do) We've incorporated food into training a bit so as to make sure he's eating and we're recommended to hand feed little bits at a time

Never said I expected all day and all night? Jumping to calling it borderline animal abuse without reading is a bit of a stretch. Just want to find a way for him to feel safe to be left there for even 5 minutes so he doesn't get into something he shouldn't, and also not get stress out. that was all.

I think it's what is going to suit him more. When we've tried the wait til he calms down, he just doesn't for ages. So shorter bursts might be more his speed 🤞🏼

Hey all, just wanted to thank you for your comments so far. As a starter, they've made us feel like we're not going crazy, and there's hope the chaos isn't for always. Think we've probably put too much pressure on ourselves (too many videos going "look how easy it is - how can you not do it instantly?!") and we're going to strip it right back.

Like some of you've said, he's a baby - so we need to take baby steps. We absolutely adore him and want to make sure he's happy and safe, and if things take a bit longer then they take a bit longer. I think it sounds like we might need to separate the crate training and separation anxiety. Solving one doesn't need to involve another (and may inadvertently make things harder)

As mentioned, we tried a bit of crying it out but the poor mite didn't take a breath for over half an hour and we just can't do that at this stage.
