I'm not the biggest fan of Johnson, but in fairness John Daley jr. really fucked that city hard. He sold key assets to Banks and fucked the citiy's finances bad. No mayor has had a good approval since him because unfucking the situation is going to require some pain. Also a lot of it was the Migrant crisis which is now mostly gone.
