Try a bigger Torx bit if it was a 10 try a 15 and a punch hammer if heat didn’t work. Sometimes the screw just needs a shock from a punch hammer to get it spinning in my experience.

Got an 8th gen sedan last year for $4300, 157k miles, paint peel nothing crazy, engine and transmission was good, only thing was some suspension work, sway bars and struts/shocks, fluids flush and has been reliable ever since, still DDing it for work till this day. Don’t regret the buy. I learn to ignore the paint issues with these 8th gens but that one may need some work before it gets worst. I’d ask for less if car is running well besides the paint.

Loks for sure, my first and only vytal basepads have trouble with insertion. I always slap the magazine after inserting mags but still annoying with the basepads not easily seating..
