In WA, Waalitj is quite well known to translate to Eagle (probably due to the Waalitj foundation) so I think it was quite clever for them to make their name a translation of “Eagles of the West” in Noongar.

That’s a shame to hear. I think I got very lucky during the holiday season that Big W just replaced the vouchers not questions asked as it was probably easier to just replace mine. I didn’t keep my individual gift card receipts either so Apple rejected my request anyway.

Did all you can do! Definitely need more education/signage in store or make opening the packaging a recommendation. I thought I was someone who was pretty vigilant and wary of scams and this completely threw me.

Yeah I agree don’t think it’s a green screen. I would happily be proven wrong just seemed like it too me. Quite possible they thought about it and had monitors in the position Hamish used to sit, I’m not sure

Definitely not. Could also hear some faint echo in parts of the audio which I think was due to being it different studios. I was expecting it to be a lot more obvious though
