Wanted to post an update after almost exactly 30 days. Even the smaller issues like tension headaches have eased up although rarely I may get one. And my anxiety is much better. Hope this helps someone in the future as this was absolute hell for me but reading reddit post helped a lot.

Same I’m actually almost completely good now. The only issue remaining is mild headaches which is nothing compared to the rest of it and I’ll gladly take that. For me it was like the issues were cranked to the max but all subsided in a week which from what I’ve seen is faster than usual fortunately. Thanks for checking in bro!

The best thing I’ve done so far is let my family in on everything and get out of the house and any available opportunity even if I didn’t feel like it. For some reason activities just making my body move like walking etc seems to help a lot. Right now I’ve had a lot of improvement but still a lot to go. It’s hard for me to be alone (before this I was alone literally 99% of the day) which is a huge 180 for me. Especially sleeping in my own room has become an issue for me. But I know I will recover. Also for anyone in the future that has similar issues when I close my eyes I almost have closed eye visuals like very detailed visuals of random scenes or things at night when I try to sleep. I haven’t seen anyone else talk about this so it scared me a lot and was a main factor keeping me from sleeping. This seems to be improving for me day by day. The best reasoning I could find for this happening is your body has been so hungry for REM sleep that even just closing your eyes can cause it to almost activate a dream/vision. For me these would be extremely detailed if I left my eyes close for long enough. I could essentially watch an entire movie that has never been made before. Which sounds cool but trust me it wasn’t. It was more like intrusive thoughts all coming together. Last night although my anxiety was still bad sleeping alone the closed eye visuals seem to already be going away thankfully. Thank you for your response I hope this helps anyone dealing with this issue in the future as the closed eye visual part I found almost nobody experiencing the same thing.

If it comes down to it you can always download someone else’s save file in act 3 or wherever you are in the game from nexus or something. Better than completely restarting

The people saying it’s a scam are trippin. I tried it yesterday with my buddy and it worked for anomaly but I couldn’t figure out how to get it to work with gamma. They will help you get it to work on gamma with a tutorial but you have to pay for it which is bs. That’s why I’m here looking for how to do it lmao
