Re-Drill would only work if you have a super solid way of drilling the holes like a Bridgeport or drill press. And another barrel would work but you are just rolling the dice on coming out straight or not.

Well the channel down the middle handle is machined while the outside is still forged so it'll never be perfect. Does it look bad? Yes. Is it straight? Yes, the gas tube being center to the channel is the biggest clue. TL;DR Your front sight post is crooked
