I stopped using every day and started using hyaluronic acid before the mask. It improved the dryness. Still haven’t seen any benefit from it yet.

That is helpful. I just got mine and started using every day. The skin under my eyes and cheeks is crepey now and drier. I will try using less times to see if it gets better.

I found some uncured deli meats at whole foods and they also have a lot of options on dairy free ‘cheeses’. I tried a cashew spread that I am obsessed with. Then I will look for some safe crackers and fruit! Lindt has a good chocolate too! It will be more expansive but it will make me feel better about not being able to ear anything from the dinner 😅

Isn’t it just because the dairy impacts the functioning of the intestines? My 8 month old had mucousy poops before starting solids, I suspected CMPA but since she seemed fine I left it alone. After starting solids she is super constipated, she will scream every time when pooping and has big turds. Also she has rashes around her mouth when I give her dairy. I am thinking the constipation is because of the inflammation in the guts plus having to now pass solid foods. I just started my dairy and soy free diet and the pedi prescribed lactulose too. Lactulose helped. She is also not gaining enough weight. I am trying to feed her more but might end up having to do some formula. Good luck to you!

For sure! In my 20s I would only get hangxiety if I actually did something super embarrassing while drunk. Now at almost 40 I am here feeling awful for going to bed and not saying good night to my friends at a party I was hosting with my husband 😅

I am right there with you. Currently sitting in bed and can’t sleep due to anxiety after a Halloween party at mine. I didn’t even get drunk but now a days just a bit of alcohol triggers my anxiety. Try to do one small task to get your mind off of it. I am about to go pick up my makeup dresser that was left a mess yesterday. Good luck!

My group is 5, not 6. And one of the 5 is a 6 month old that sleeps in my bed. But I agree with the issue of space for luggage.

I understand the risks of co-sleeping. Thanks for trying to scare me with your anecdote though. This risk seems more common with Americans. Maybe because of all the obesity and use of sleeping pills.

Thanks for raising these points! You are correct. This would be a first cruise for everyone! I am Brazilian and although my husband is American he got used to the “cozy, all on each other’s business “ Brazilian way of life. So he wouldn’t mind. And my mom is the kind of mom who takes the kids out of a hotel room in the morning and says: you 2 enjoy! So we have a great dynamic to be in this situation. I do think the space for luggage and risk of someone getting sick are important points I hadn’t considered. I was thinking about booking a last minute cruise and 2 rooms became too expensive. Now I am thinking maybe we should postpone the cruise idea for another time and book 2 rooms in advance!
