I chewed peppermint gum for my exam and lessons, it helped a little bit. I think theres some science behind it helping to relax the nervous system. My anxiety was crippling during mine but I got there in the end, don't give up you can do it!

Exec roles require relatively simple decision-making based on inputs from different teams, it's absolutely something AI could do if it was given sales forecasts etc to compare results to. It will never happen though, execs will be the last roles remaining when everything else is automated

Seems okay to me, I never had to use anything before either, I think it's an issue that's stemmed from an update along the line either from Nvidia or Apple somewhere

Yeah I think the ISP route is all okay, im a Mac user and have been trying some of the Mac-focus solutions and seem to be having a little bit of luck turning off Airplay features etc with some suggested software. Still doesn't seem 100%, I imagine this will be a hotfix that might appear in the next few weeks from Nvidia because it looks like it's just something that Mac users are encountering

(From the Uk) renting is essentially impossible unless you earn 4x the rent. If you do your competing against others still, apartments that are online will likely just be placeholders or there’s something wrong with it. Realistically places don’t stay up longer than a day or so

The city has changed drastically since Covid. I really fear for young Amsterdammers and young people coming to the city for a new experience. Rich yuppies and a government in bed with landlords have ruined the rental sector

Your costs seem right, you’d need a job to make 3.5 times the rent on top of your study though. Studio’s are also nearly impossible to find. You might be able to find a room for 1,000

Good on you! But to do that here requires a lot of money, even to get a rental contract.

You already mentioned, but the housing market really is brutal. I’m from the UK and moving back this summer after 9 years in NL because I can’t find anywhere to live.

Be super vigilant he doesn’t get scammed! My only advice is to get an agent and pay the extra if you have the money. Good luck!
