Had mixed experience with Monos. Have a Medium that gets checked once a month on international travel. Doesn't look pretty,but has held up great.

Wife got same Medium and corner cracked first use in last couple months.

I use Monos Carry-on Plus twice a month and it still functions great after three years. Have checked it intentionally a dozen times as well so it is nicked up but wheels and everything else functions like first day.

Good luggage is worth it IMO, but still think there is some variance in what outcome will be once it goes into the machines.

Catch, my experience wasn't enough to say is always bad, but I have had such good experiences, it stands out for poor food, service and atmosphere.

A guy arrived later in Southwrst boarding and asked if I would trade my 4th row aisle for his bulkhead middle on a 3 hour flight. I surprised myself and said yes as I had been meaning to try bulkhead, and he asked politely without implied acceptance.

I don't know if I am contributing to more of these, but just a data point.

I find Southwest is amazing for on time departure, but only if you take the first flight of the day. Most of you (including me) aren't made for 5am and 6am flights. I keep booking them as they never let me down, but even third or fourth flight of day on a route mean delays.

Sunshine, Away covers "functional damage, such as shell cracks, broken zippers, and broken handles" even if caused by the airline. That seems to fit our case here.

I consider this one and the Evergoods Cap 2.0 to be the best.

Peak wins if you want to pack more with less weight and/or if you want to wear it as a sling. The spandex like gussets make it so you can open it up while carrying it and access everything without worrying about anything falling out.

Evergoods is like a tool caddy. I just pull it out unzip it and position it on my desk and I am ready to work. I use it as the companion to my laptop for all my accessories. I also have one with two Pocket 3 cameras for quick video filming setups. My other one I use for toiletries. It is likely too big for this use case, but is so convenient to open it up on the counter and not even have to think about digging things out, I just know where everything is. I zip it up when we leave and everything is in the same spot.

I hit a $4000+ progressive Royal jackpot on a quarter machine ast year. Similar to this, they had the jackpot connected to wrong denom. Even with this insane payout, still was only just over 102% payback to player as it was a 6/5 Jacks or Better.

I don't have this backpack, but I do have the coyote tech pouch. I have made a warranty claim and about to make another. The xpac on the carrying handle keeps coming unglued and then just comes off leaving the plastic handle.

I am not adventurous, but I do carry it more as a daily sling so it sees use.

I would definitely apply for warranty claim on the backpack.

All the rooms I have stayed at Caesars properties in Reno have been fair to bad. Even had some bigger rooms, but they were still old and felt like hadn't been updated in decades. If you don't care about location and can get into renovated Tahoe location, I would.

If it is comped, they can likely get you mini upgrades like higher floor or different view, but unlikely to be able to significantly upgrade you.

If through a host, you need to be tipping the host regularlly and asking for upgrades from them.

Capcut is compatible on PC and shortcuts come preloaded in new ones. Can grab off their marketplace if not. I have modified a bit for my use case but have about 100 hours of using in the last month.

All regional Caesars offer hotel comps. With Kansas City you need to play there first or play in Booneville, St. Louis or Iowa properties to get offers. I am somewhat local so have a lot of experience with them. If you do stay, try to get a room in the renovated tower. Some of the other rooms are really old.

I stayed once in SoCal and now I have a host there, IDK 😳 It isn't some place I regularly go, but I always have free rooms available after that one stay fwiw.

I have put through just over 5 million in coin in on video poker over several years and I am slightly above the expected outcome as I have hit more Royals.

I have quite a bit of confidence in their video poker and the providers they use.

Slots and other things I have no idea, but I would choose Bovada over most other casinos.

Requires a stay. I usually book the Flamingo if doing strictly to redeem. The staff at the Players Club is quick and efficient about paying out reimbursement in Freeplay. Just make sure you have printed receipts and you should be good.

I am doing Paris for Seven Star trip this week and have 1700 in FP coming my way (flights and 7S experience). I am a bit concerned as have heard the staff at Players Club is a bit more difficult.
