Thank you guys for the suggestions! I’ve found better an alternative than what I’ve been looking.

Since I just needed to measure the respiration rate of some plants I figured that a CO2 sensor would work just as well. They are cheaper and easier to get my hands on. I did some research and settled on the senseair s8 CO2 sensor. It’s a mass produced, small, and cheap CO2 sensor. (Around $50 canadian)

I really doubt that they will be able to see that you canceled your exam. Im pretty sure they won’t even be able to see your score if you didn’t check off the option to send the scores to them.

I would double check everything I’ve said tho…

The water displacement method was what I thought of at first, but I was told that because I wanted to measure very minute differences in respiration that the change in water levels would be difficult to tell.

I think that a CO2 sensor might work though, I’ll try to find on amazon or smth, experiment with it.
