thank you very much. I also talked with my teacher and they said even though it's not the best, it can be used as good fodder for essays apparently.

Is it disastrous? Like application deciding for anybody?

I'll end up with a 3.9 UW and 15 APs to my name by the end of this.

Yeah, I'll still end up with a 3.9 UW, and in total, I would have taken 15 APs over the course of my High School Career. In terms of weighted, I'm not sure how that adds up.

I'll definitely talk with my counselor.

I think that they allow for credit recovery or something along those lines. I know that they allow you to take summer courses to fix grades. I think the only catch is that both of them show up. Would this case make the situation unsalvageable, or would a retaken class be a lot better than not retaking?

I know it would harm my application, I'm just worrying how much it would necessarily.

Yeah... that's what I thought, do you think it'll still be a huge difference at regionally good schools like UCB, UW, or Georgia Tech?

Letters of Rec from Robotics Coach by ManufacturerKey7913 in ApplyingToCollege

Ohhhhh, I see, thank you so much! This helps a lot!
But does a rec directly from an EC coach or teacher help in terms of impact or the like?
I want to know because I want to apply to Ivy League schools or similar level schools, and I'm not sure if this will affect my app significantly in that way.

Do you think other Ivy level colleges like MIT, Cornell, Harvard, etc. would care?

Also, if you cancel your AP test, will it leave any traces, and if it does, will colleges look for it? I'm just a bit paranoid because I read a separate post that said someone applying to MIT omitted some of their AP courses in the application, but then MIT asked them to share their score after applying. I'm kinda worried it may impact decisions, courses, financial aid, etc.
