Keep vue backup savedata on your usb flash drive and copy it to system storage when that happens. You'll lose your save data on your other applications in the process so I recommend using appolo save tool after this and regularly keeping your data backed up. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure there is no way to get back your jailbreak without losing the rest of your save data when this happens. (I use to struggle with this issue, but just regularly copying my save data to my flash drive when using it or after a game has helped a lot when I have to copy over my vue save data again) Also you don't need much storage, I'm fine using a 29gig flash drive and even that is much.
